"We had a flat tire about 10 miles outside of Brownfield . We called Franklin tire to see if they did roadside service. They said yes and said they would send someone . A nice young man arrived and said he felt the tire could be fixed. He took the tire back to there shop. He then retuned with the fixed tire and we were on our way home. Unfortunately when we called it was noon and no one was able to come until 1:30 so the hour and a half wait would be our only complaint otherwise we would recommend this company. We appreciated their honesty because they could have said we needed a new tire which would have been about $500 but instead they fixed ours and only charged us $70."

"I drive a 2018 Ford F150. 5.0. I'm A V-8 guy all the way. I truly believe turbos on a V6 is the equivalent to lipstick on a pig unless you're just using it to get groceries. Being said, my Cody engine takes 9 qt of oil. I use full synthetic. So oil changes are not cheap for my truck. I stopped in here, never been here before.I needed an oil change.Were they done in five minutes? No. But they were courteous, I felt like I was at home. The people there were awesome. And it was the best price i've ever had.For an oil change. The difference from me, doing it myself and them doing it was about $25. Well, worth the money for the experience. The only reason I went there.They were the closest people to me.And when I pulled up, I seen an american flag and in god we trust.I knew I was at the right place. It only took about an hour.And I was back on my way. This place feels like old school America before everything went weird. Thank you, franklin and son.May god bless y'all ."

The guy in charge even called to the Big Spring shop but they also were out. They did put our spare on and it only cost us $15.
